Terms of Service – La Catrina Flower Studio

By placing an order with La Catrina Flower Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.

2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Delivery Policy

• Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.
• Someone must be available to receive the order. If not, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
• Once delivered, La Catrina Flower Studio is not responsible for the condition of the flowers due to environmental exposure (heat, cold, etc.).

4. Care Responsibility
Flowers are perishable and require proper care. We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling or care after delivery.

5. Refunds & Claims
All refund or replacement requests must follow our Refund Policy outlined above.

6. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified with advance notice. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for same-day or already prepared orders.

7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on our website are the property of La Catrina Flower Studio and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
La Catrina Flower Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
