Refund policy

At La Catrina Flower Studio, we take pride in the quality and design of every arrangement. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited returns under the following conditions:

Quality Concerns
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the flowers received do not meet our quality standards. To request a return or replacement, customers must provide clear photo proof of the issue within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Timeframe
Requests for refunds, replacements, or store credit must be made within 10 days of delivery or pickup. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
  • Minor variations in color, flower types, or design (as substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability)
